My Airtel HD customer ID is 3011808502.

Since the installation last week 04/01, I am getting poor quality picture in my airtel dth HD.

First I will tell you what was happened at the time of installation…

I have been using airtel dth normal sd connection since from last three years. That customer id is (3004191017). Now I brought new sony led 26” tv.so I planned to upgrade from my sd to HD..

So I called c.c people, they suggest me to take a new connection on same name & phone no.then I registered for new HD connection.i paid 2390/- rupees for that (receipt no . 8158).next day one engineer came & he said no need to change dish (lmb) only change the set top box, then I said boss this is new connection, not upgrade .he arguing me since half an hour about installation, at last he installed on my same stand same place, only he changed dish (lmb) & set top box, I said at least you change the place because here signals are weak. He said I don’t have that much time. He has not changed even cable also, he installed on my old cable, he gave me some 10 m cable without clamping….

Within 10 minutes he installed & said wait for half an hour automatically it will come & he left away.

Next day I realized some blur image is coming due to poor installation, because from normal wind also it Reduces the signals. So I raised a complaint, citing that signal quality is varying 60, 60 to 73, signal strength also.after long waiting one engineer came, he tried some thing through remote control only.

Not physically, he said if the signal strength goes high your tv picture quality will be reduced, I shocked what he is saying, I am also BE computer engineer, I never study /heard like that. He don’t know ABCD of Electonics then how he will resolve, only he is doing R/D.at last he said there is a problem in your set top box, without my permission he changed my one day old HD set box, unnessasory he replaced older one set top box .he also said same dialog wait for half an hour it will come, he left away.i also left to office. i got a call from this no regularly no is (9538950255)..next day same problem blur image quality.again I raised a complaint about poor quality. Customer care engineer told me the signal quality should be 80 or more. Then yesterday one engineer came his mobile no is (9538878332) I asked him his name, he denied to tell his name, I said come inside my house, he stand out my door & asked me remote control, then he said every thing is correct, then why u r complaining, I said boss wait /sit for 20 minutes definitely some variation will occour, he said I don’t have time & he throw my remote on sofa & running away, he said some bad words to me..that is I recorded, whatever he said I recorded…I said plz try to change the place of dish, suddenly he asked me 250/ rupees .i said boss last week only I installed this then he replied me whoever installed ur dish go & ask him only to change…..what is this all are doing there business……

This is ridiculers…….. these r the complaint nos 1) 27330165. 2) 27378241. 3) 27439234.

Now my singnal strength is 63-70 variations signal quality is BER:1.8E-04 is this ok for my sony led 26 .

Is it possible more than 80/not……..

I am getting frustrated with having to repeatedly explain to each one of your caller/engineer..

I am airtel lover since I have one mobile post paid corporate account.two prepaid account..
