Subject: Fed-up with Airtel

Iam sorry to say but I am fed-up with Airtel. I am having the connection of Digital TV under plan of “Airtel- Value New March-10 Standard@ Rs. 159.99 pm” and as per the plan daily burn rate was Rs.5.26 now when I am looking this months bill same has been changed & daily burn rate is Rs.5.73. Looking to the effect of the same Rs.14.57 has been increased in monthly billing which is not acceptable to me.

From Last 5 days I have received more than 100 SMS from AirTel saying that your balance is low recharge with 200. Why such blunder sms have been sent when I have told to not to send any SMS? Now today I have received a massage from AD-AirtelTV saying that my account will be closed from tomorrow if you will not recharge Rs.10 will be charged as reactivation fees.

Dear madam I don’t want Air Tel Digital connection so please close my account immediately without any further delay and get back your setup box & other system and close my account by refunding my deposit given at the time of connection.

I know that I will not get proper response before 3-4 reminders even though I am sending this mail and expecting immediate action from AirTel.

If the matter will not resolve immediately I will send same letter to your management at below address by registered A.D. to below address to all of below peoples & further process for legal:
