Wrong deduction of balance

Sir,

I have purchaged dth in aug with two months free super value package. taken two top-ups for which recharged 150/=.On 10 oct i have recharged 1265/= & informed customer care that i have deposited money for one year super value pack and balance of money for my two top-ups . but my balance deducted on daily basis and stoped services in 7.5 months only. when asked customer care they said your pack is not locked for one year and in nov.2009 srar gold channel also connected in my pack for which i have never given order. please look in my problem and rectify soon. thanks my customer ID 3001282730 and my contact no 9414289747.
