Last year I took Airtel Digital TV connection (Customer Number 3001196701) and it got expired in on 31st October. The picture quality was no different from the local cable TV, I had decided not to renew after the subscription period. I had called their customer service twice in November about my intention not to renew the connection and sent a email. However last three months, I am subjected to three SMS perday and three calls per day from their call centre. I would have mentioned the same details many times and 90 % of the time I simply disconnect the call. Now, it would be great if they close my account and give relief to me.
