DISH Installation- delay

Hi

I bought Sony LCD TV, connection with I got free Airtel digital TV set box last month (20-02), I recharged with Rs 750.00 for activation and Installation.

I got SMS form AD-DTH and confirm that DISH installation on 24 th feb (complaint No: 5613366). I waited for that day, No one came for Installation and also I am not received any call regarding delay or postpone of installation

26 Feb, I logged call with customer care regarding Installation, They also confirmed installation done before 27 th Feb by 5:30 PM. this time also no one came for Installation.

Regarding this, I am keep on calling Customer care and writing mail to him but every time, they are telling, we will done before tomorrow by 3:30 Pm (like recorded message).

AS of now (4-03) 12days passed. Installation not completed.
