My name is Pushkar Joshi and I am a Airtel Digital user (Customer ID :
3001379778). I am facing issue in STB box since last 17th February.
I am here writing the summary of support which I got from Airtel department.
1) After raising complain on 18th feb. One technical guys came
next day (Tushar : 9657096060) and took the setup box and made a
promise that he will solve the issue and give back to next day. After
doing number of follow up calls with that guy he returned the box
after 5 days without solving issue and said Next technical person
will come and pickup the box and will solve.
2) After waiting 1 -2 days, I again called to customer care and
got the feedback from them that my issue has been resolved, I was
very much surprised how they closed the complain without getting
feedback to me. Then customer care open new complain number and give
assurance to me this time issue will resolve.
3) At 28th feb one technical guy came again (Vishnu :
9552304969) and took the box again, next day he came and setup the
things and any how he did something and we were able to see TV that
time, he took 100 Rs as fees and said if you face issue again then
call me, Same day when we start TV again at next time again we faced
same issue (Stb box issue)
4) Since the day 1st March I am calling to call center. They
generate one complain number immediate I got SMS regarding this and
after some time I got another SMS that your problem has been
resolved. This is going on in cyclic manner and I am very much
disappoint now. Even then yesterday I had world With Mr Manish (1st
escalation) but final result is that Still not working box is with me
no one is coming to resolve this and I am getting SMS from Airtel
that problem has been resolved. One number is also given in SMS
7709003430 but it is a useless number.
Is it some kind of Joke going on? For how long I will be made fool by repeatedly sending such messages whearas in reality problem remains unresolved and my services are not resumed.
I need to lodge the same complaint or shall I simply forget my money and opt for some another DTH service provider. I am really getting fed up and mentally harassed by the mockery that is being made out of this "Customer Care Process".
For your reference I am listing the Complain number which I have raised 2 – 3 days and got SMS for all from Airtel that issue have been resolved while actual picture is none of the complain is actually resolved.
