My name is Deepa Chatriki and my AIRTEL Digital TV Customer ID is as follows,

I ordered the Airtel digital TV online on 14 Feb through below website.

While ordering online First 3 transactions I made the website said the transaction was not successful but the money was deducted from my bank account.
Fourth time it was successful and the Transaction ID for that is as below.
Transaction ID : 354736.
After that I got a call from AIRTEL saying they have received amount for 4 connections and if i required 4 connections. This shows AIRTEL has received money ie 2590 * 4.
I explained them what went wrong with the website. They assured me the money for 3 transaction will be sent to me as a check. As of now I have received 2 checks worth Rs.2590 and I have been waiting for one more check.
I have called customer Care 6 times after that and each time they assured me that concerned person will give me a call back in next 24 Hrs which never happened.
I lost money because AIRTEL website had some problem but there is no sense of responsibility from their side to pay me back my money which was lost because of their mistake. Each time i follow-up no one replies back.
Its been more than a month I am going through this trouble where was a mistake from them not mine because of some problem with their website.
