Gone those days when Airtel used to be one of the best service provide & customer relationship company.

I have taken 2 airtel digital TV connection, and it out of service since one week becouse of the no signal, instead of the timely raising the complaint & doing the repeated follow up there has been no progress on the issue, every time there is just a false commitment. Also surprisingly airtel has blocked my customer id to abondoned my call when every I reach callcenter people on 08044448080 or toll free 12150. Its a new strategy followed by airtel to escape the call from customers whoose issues has been pending since long.

Because of the all these made a resolution to switch to other service provider and seeking the disconnection & refund of the amount I have paid upfront.
