Airtel DTH, Co proper service from the Customer care

Hello,

I never thought airtel will give this type of hopeless service to the customer. I had face the issue on 22nd Apr. Totally I had raised 4 requests and with out my notice all the requests were closed with out the technician checked the issue. since then I had called some 4-5 times daily till date to the customer care and in touch with the escalation team for almost 4 days (No Use). Till now the area incharge didnt even bothered to check about the issue and till now for almost 9days I had paid for all these days and I am really very sorry to say, this the one of the stupid service I ever faced till date.

If they cant resolve the issue, kindly he;p me getting my money back so that I can opt for the other service provider who can respect the customer and provide the prompt responce.

Need to Thank again for all these days for providing some sort of routine info and I hope I will get my money back.
