We have a airtel digital Tv connection in bangalore. The connection is in the name of gaurav rastogi. Cust id no.3003647539. We are really sorry to say that the services offered are pathetic. The connection is not receiving signals since 17th night and we have been calling the customer care since then. The cust care says, only according to the slot, the issue will be solved and the slot falls on 19th afternoon. Do u mean to say that we shud waste our sundays and take a leave on monday for Airtel people to come. Needless to say that the TATA SKY connection services are 10 times better than airtel as i have one in coimbatore and the service issue gets solved in less than half an hour. In future, i think i would never recommend airtel services to anyone if this problem persists.
