Subscription terminated all of a sudden

On 04.04. I subscribed for Kids Plus Top-up for 12 months for Rs.242.66. Bu on 02.09. while activating for "Economy Advance Rental 12M Aug-10 NRC " due to their technical mistakes the services under Kids Plus top-up got de-activated.

After 2-3 complains for re-activtion of services, on 17.09.2010 Rs. 141.6 was refunded to my account. When I contacted the customer care, they could not justify the act and simply disconnected my calls.

I am really disappointed with the service and response of one of such leading brand and want an explanation of this.
