I got this Airtel HD stb two months back. Firstly after buying the connection, the company did not installed the STB and dish as said by the executive.after repeated calls and threatening to return the connection, they told me that they dont have HD STB at the moment. I waited and finally after a week they installed it. Now for almost one month I have been writing to them about my STB complaint and calling them.but in vain. Airtel people are very busy and do not respond to customers. I suggest dont buy a Airtel digital TV.They are the worst and preety professional in fooling customers, they just call once or twice and visited once after that its stalemate/status quo.
