I bought Airtel DTH along with Sony Bravia offer, when service engineers came for installing (15-March) it there is no remote with STB, the service engineer assured me of giving it on the very next day. And it is almost 2 weeks. Even after complaining it to the airtel customer care no response. It is really very bad and i never thought such a worst service from airtel. Before coming to pune i have been using airtel in chennai which is the best service i ever seen. Customer ID:3007376085. Complaint no:6190419. Now i am even thinking of discountinuing it.
Could someone please look into this issue and resolve it ASAP.
