Again I have faced the same pathetic experience with Airtel Digital TV, this time for HD Plus channel Top-Ups, I have just added the HD-Plus Top-up from my airtel digital TV login, once I activated I am just checking in my TV only one channel is coming out of 3 channels.
I have just checked with customer care, (that guy not able to speak in English, he is telling honestly he knows only Hindi and Marathi, see what an excellent customer care airtel is having)
He told to remove the dish cables from my set-top-box and reattach the cables; again I was facing the same issue.
the next day morning I was asking the customer care, they told they need 72 hours to resolve the issue and they are telling they need to realign the dish for single channel purpose and it’s also chargeable basis.
At front I understand only one thing AIRTEL IS NEED MONEY AND THEY ARE NOT READY TO TAKE CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER.
THEY ARE HAVING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!!!
