Dear sir,
i registered with seventy MM movie service couple of weeks ago. The executive (Raj) who sold me this product assured me that they have delivery anywhere in bangalore even when i mentioned that i live in outskirts of bangalore.when i started ordering for movies on there website nothing was dispatched to my home address. Hence i called there customer service number to know what went wrong. The customer service executive gave me there wearhouse number to know what went wrong. I called them they said they dont deliver movie rentals to my home address as i live in a non coverage area. Therefore i called there customer service again and wanted to cancel my membership with them and get my refund .i they said they will cancel it and send me my refund and the following day i wanted to confirm my cancellation when i called the person whom i spoke to doesnt have any idea that i have placed cancellation request.he again has taken my cancellation request but i have no idea if the cancellation has been placed cuz to reach 70 mm customer service line it takes ages and thats not a toll free number ..I have spent my fortune calling this idiotic company.hence i would request you to look in to this and get me my membership refund as not even a single movie was dispatched
