Hello

Yesterday I have raised a complaint about faulty STB... havent heard from Airtel yet. This STB was replaced last month and i paid Rs. 350/- for the same. Within a month I am facing a problem again.

I have another complaint. My subscription is for Ultra pack (which is the highest pack available). Recently you guys have increased the charges for the ultra pack so daily burn rate increased. however I am unable to see newly added channels to Ultra pack (as displayed on airtel dth website). why this treatment??? you are happy to increase the rate and expect your customer to see the same channels. If i am already paying as per revised rate and subscribed to Ultra pack... I MUST get all the channels shown in Ultra pack.

I contacted the customer service. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SICK... I AM SORRY TO SAY BUT EITHER I AM THE UNLUCKY ONE OR THERE ARE BUNCH OF MORONS PRESENT IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO FOLLOWING -

1. KEEP THE CUSTOMER ON HOLD FOR 75% DURATION OF THE CALL

2. AFTER A WHILE... THEY JUST DISCONNECT THE CALL... SO CUSTOMER CALL UP AGAIN AND GO THRU THE HARASSMENT ALL OVER AGAIN

3. FOR ANY DAMN QUESTION... THEY SAY SEND 'HR' TO 54325 (WHEN I ASKED THE FELLOW DO U KNOW WHAT HR MEANS... HE CONFESSED THAT HE WAS NOT AWARE OF IT... THEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT HEAVY REFRESH IS ALL ABOUT)

4. SUDDENLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STARTS PRETENDING THAT THEY CANNOT HEAR WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS TALKING... AND PRETEND AS IF THERE IS NETWORK ISSUE AND THEN SAY 'I AM DISCONNECTING THE CALL AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER' ... OTHER SIDE YOUR CUSTOMER IS YELLING... HELLO HELLO .. I CAN HEAR YOU... WHY CANT YOU HEAR ME

AND YES... CUSTOMER SUPPORT TOLD ME THAT ALL NEW CHANNELS ARE NOW ON DIFFERENT SATELLITE AND SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE. IF THATS SO... DOES AIRTEL EXPECT ALL THEIR CUSTOMER TO CALL UP CUSTOMER SERVICE... GET THIS RUDE TREATMENT AND WONDER... WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO NEXT TO GET ALL CHANNELS???

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS HARASSMENT AND WILL PASTE THE SAME IN CONSUMER COMPLAINT.

IS THERE ANYBODY WHO CARES FOR PROBLEMS YOUR CUSTOMER IS FACING???
