NO RECEPTION AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

Hello,

I S.SRINIVAS CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL DIGITAL TV SERVICES OF HYDERABAD, MY CUSTOMER ID IS 3001664733, AND AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY CHANNELS A LOT OF TIMES AND DESPITE OF REPEATED CALLS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICES ASKING THEM TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, AND ALL THE TIME WE ARE BEING ASSURED THAT SOME ONE WILL COME DOWN AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, BUT SO FAR NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON FROM AIRTEL HAS SHOWN UP.ON 03/07 WE HAVE MADE THE LATEST CALL AND YET AGAIN WE HAVE BEEN ASSURED THAT SOMEONE IS GOING TO COME AND RECTIFY IT, AND ABOVE ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES DOES NOT PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE (ATTITUDE) TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER. AFTER MAKING THE CUSTOMER PAY FOR THE PACKAGES THEY ARE NOT AT ALL CONCERNED ABOUT THE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND INCONVENIENCE TO THE CUSTOMER.WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE FOR THE HELP.LOOKING FOR THE SOLUTION.
