I would like to know how I can sue Airtel for the mental harassment and very poor response to the complaints.
I have a multiple TV connection with Airtel, (2 tvs) and since last 1 month I faced problem of no voice in the TV, after followup of 3 weeks both the HD STB's were replaced on 17th august and thus started my problems, the engineer who replaced told me that the services would start in next 2 hours, however since then it is been one week but the services have not started on my TV's.
Everytime I called in last week, i was asked to give the same information like the STB no and the Card no and was always told that the resolution will be done in next 2 hours ..
I have spoken to atleast 30 different customer care executives, supervisors and A very unprofessional nodal officer and his team in chandigarh (Mr Mohinder Thakur, yash and Sallaudin)
the worst point is that every time the conversation was for atleast 30 minutes and each time I was told that problem was different, examples given
A. The STB's were changed after warranty of 1 year but as my complaint was old I wont be charged but they need approval from HUB officer.
B. The cards in STB's were not suppossed to be changed but were changed by mistake by the engineer..
each time they put me on hold for 20 -30 minutes and them come back to me that it will be resolved in 2 hours .. why put me on hold for a long time if you have to tell me the same thing.
the worst reply came from one executive, that they cannot resolve the problem becoause I am calling them every 5 hours and they are forced to launch a new complaint and the resolution time gets extended .. so there is no accountability ..
As now I am very sure that Airtel customer care team is the worst example of unprofessional behaviour and they will be never be able to resoulve this issue as the yhave not done yet after 1 wee kwith talking to 30 executives ..

one week, 30 executives no resolution, final outcome, I need to sue Airtel... and share with the world in general that donot donot even by mistake go for Any airtel services.
By the way I will get rid of my airtel cell no, move to another company, close my landline no at home and at office (10 nos)..
and will also sue them for harassment..
