HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Got a DISH HD connection on August 8. On returning home on Aug 22 found no signal. Registered a complaint on same day with promise of restoration within 24 hrs (seeing TATA Sky service believed it). The next day tech calls up fix up time for 6:30 pm and does not turn up and keeps mobile switched off. Aug 23 day 3 another tech calls up, fixes up time for 6:30 pm does not turn up and on calling responds that he has other calls and does not know.

Day 3 call up call center and they say we will fix it in 24 hrs again.

Day 4, they say ticket is closed since problem is resolved as they cannot send tech @ 8 pm. Well for installation and taking money they could send the person 9 pm also.

Day 4 and 5 ask for the nodal officer number, they can't give it since it is very confidential (who says only govt agencies are bad, here is perfect example of how the priavte companies work).

I would like to discontinue with the servcie and get my money back.

NEVER EVER TAKE DISH TV SERVICE. shoudl sue SRK for his lousy ADS.
