This is to inform you that I registered a complaint regarding my STB not
working at 10:00 AM yesterday (09/18), I got a message from your executive that
my problem will be resolved by 4:00 PM. My request number-12006381, happy code
671.
I spoke with your engineer (refuse to share his name he can be reached on
9816902700), he told that he will go to office at around 12 noon and will
revert. I again called him at 12:30, there was no response and after sometime
we get chance to speak with him and he misbehaved with us. He said he will only
come if we will pay him money.
Around 5:00 PM (09/18) I again called on your customer care number and I was
told that my problem will be resolved by 1:00 PM tomorrow (09/19). My request
number is 12018443, happy code-350.
Around 12:30 PM (09/19) I again called on your customer care number and I was
told that my problem will be resolved by 3:00 PM today (09/19).
Airtel is well-known for its service, this is how we people provide services to
your customers. I am feeling very bad that why I have opted for your services,
instead of better service providers in the market.
I will really appreciate if you resolve my problem on a fast note.
