I had received a cheque of 1000 Rupees from Bharti Telemedia Limited (Cheque No. 005960 A/c No 30310009207) from HDFC Bank because Airtel was not able to provide me a connection.
However the name on the cheque is misspelled as Kusal Takkar. (Instead of Kaushal Thakkar)
I had a word with Mr. Amar Chamelya in the escalation department on 23/02. He had promised that a resolution to this issue would be reached in the next ten days. I had sent this as an email to [email protected] as a proof. However no updates have been received since then.
Kindly send me the cheque with correct name ASAP.
