Dear Sir,

Am Saravanan From Ariyalur, My Customer Id. 3006334212, already complaint before 7 months (now the time within warranty period) naturaly my stb box failured i complained customer care officer October. After 1months service man come to my home and try to resolve the problem, but dont resolve the proplem he said to me stb box is failure so you complaint again customer care. so i again complaint 04-11 1.58 PM. i talk to customer care officer Mis. Divya... she said your stb box is replace within 2 days we charged RS. 750 i agreed the deal by till the date (15-05) no response and dnt resolve the problem. i complained every week from the last 7 months but your company is no response the complaint. till the date i recharge my account but am beneficery the last 7 months. why your company response to the customer ofter selling your product.?
