Airtel digital TV customer service is the worst service I have ever had a conversation with, The e recharge is not working the customer help lines are getting disconnected. The Hindi, English lines are not correct.
I got the Airtel free with my SONY TV, wish I had got some other service provider
The existing plan was Sports economy, and I wanted some additional regional channels, where as I am now charged for some sports channel I already have and the account has been deactivated with negative balance of -99.99 Rs
When I called up the customer care service they were not only able to solve this issue but They are the only customer care that does not provide any Interaction number for the conversation
It was a Pathetic experience.
