Hi,
I have done payment for a New connection for Airtel DTH worth Rs 1590/- yesterday through mobile banking. I wanted it to get installed asap so the customer care executive told me, madam you do the payment online and it will be done by tomorrow. If you will do it through Internet banking, it will take 6-7 working days. I did the same.
Now none os the customer executive is reponding to my call properly. They are saying it will be get done, but no body is telling the date or the time. They only said you will get a call from us.
If that is the case they should not have made false promise of getting the installation done today by EOD.
I want to cancel the order. Before the payment was done, they were calling me every now and then and now they are not bothering to give a proper reply after the payment is made.
Pathetic service, Pathetic people.
I want to cancel the order and get the refund done.
