I had been relocated from Ahmedabad to Chennai, i had requested for the Relocation of the DTH.
Deinstallation happened quickly in ahmedabad and installtion is not happening from past one week.
I had booked slot for installing the same for three times, every time they had taken the complaint but nothing is happening no response from any body.
After registering the complaint they are saying to wait for 24 hours, next day will receive a message saying your request is resolved. But the request is not completed.
My CustId is :3000944001.
Really i am fed up with this Airtel DTH Service it is very very poor in chennai.
Please do something on this, so that airtel guys will provide service correctly to other customers.
