Unavailability of some of the channels of my package

I would like to inform the head of the DTH operations of airtel to kindly look into the problem i am facing regarding the unavailability of some of the channels included in my package. Due to satellite migration and realignment of dish I was deprived of viewing some channels for a long time. In spite of several correspondence to the customer care center they falsely assured every time that your complaint will be rectified within five days or 24 hrs. I started correspondence with care center with effect from 13.6.2012 to 5.7.2012.Lastly i was informed that an engineer will visit to attend to my problem from Tinsukia district, Assam. But till date no such step has been taken by the customer care center.

I would kindly request you to compensate the amount i was charged for the unavailable channels of my package. If no further action is taken then i would surely remove this DTH service after the expiry of my validity.
