Set up box not working

I have registered a complain on 7/7 at 9 am but the complain did not got completed even after 3 days. iam very upset and request to look towards it seriously. one of my set up box is not working and one is not catching servie. and nearby service centre is not taking any proper actions towards my problem. id number-- 3001745612
