I bought airtel digitalTV connection on 3rd July. The Set Top Box was installed in my house on 7th July but the channels are not yet activated. When I booked the airtel digitalTV connection I was told that I will be getting a one month package free but the package is not yet activated. When I called the customer care today morning to ask them the procedure for cancellation of the device they told me that there is no cancellation department and I have to mail to their email id [email protected] I have not yet received any relplies from them. I have been calling the airteldigitalTV customer care and the dealer, who installed the set top box in my house, from saturday afternoon. The only reply I get from them is that it will be activated in 2 hours. More than 42 hours have passed but the connection is not yet activated.
