I bought an Airtel Dish TV connection recently and when i shifted my house I called to customer care and made a request to do reinstallation of the device. They agreed to send their executive to do the executive. But even after 3-4 days no one came and in between I called customer care so many times for follow up. Each time different people will be taking the phone and will tell different stories and finally I called to customer care and asked to disconnect the device and to refund my money. That executive agreed and he said will refund my money. But next day, some executive called me and told they wont refund my money as it is not company policy. It is two weeks passed now and no one responded for my request. Providing this kind of pathetic service, as a customer I do not want to pursue their service and want my money back.
