Funds transfer and transaction complete but recharge didn't

Hello,

My name is Mohd. Shakeel. I've recharged my DTH account for Rs. 310/- using my CITI bank account on April 21st. The recharge was done using Airtel website (www.airtel.in/digitaltv). The gateway was ICICI. The transaction was complete and received PVN (purchase Voucher number) and Trace ID. The credit didn't add upto my airtel DTH account so I called customer service next day (Apr. 22nd) and since then spoke to numerous CSAs, several supervisors, mangers and Operations managers but it was in vein. Later I've also contacted Airtel Nodal office but they too didn't resolve my

problem. Nodal office agents were rude and they didn't reply to any of my emails apart from 2 emails which was sent out in beginning.

I've provided Airtel my Debit card number, purchase Voucher number (PVN), Trace ID, personal email sent by CITI bank confirming transaction, snapshot of Account statement. I've taken leaves on several occasions so that I can talk to mangers and I never received a call back from these supervisors and mangers who promised a callback.
