I made a request in customer care of airtel dish tv on 8/6 which has been resolved on 30/6 in this duration they had deducted amount which they have told me to renew acount because the query was regarding STB issue and they want to deduct STB amount from acount so i have renewed my acount and they were deducted all the new STB charges of 350/- from my acount after that because of airtel system problem they have took 30/6 date to resolve my issue and its not my fault its company fault so i m asking about service credit so they r not giving me the service credit and not giving me responce properly when i was calling on customer care they r releasing or disconnecting my call without any intimation the service of Airtel DTH is pathetic and poor.
