No response from airtel dth

Hello,

My airtel dth conection is not working for the past 5 days. The customer id is: 3004586786. The complaint No is:3424455 . I have called somany times to the customer care and they are promising within two hours it should be done. The issue is still not resolved. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE...
