This is Anbu Saravanan. I have already register with complaint that I couldnt able to view few channels which I have subscribed. That issue was taken care of and the engineer came to my place and resolved. But after that, I couldnt view many channels properly. Most of the primary channels (500, 501, 502, 503, 505, 508 are not working).
When I asked the same guy who resolved the previous issue, he asked me to register a complaint again. It is the issue that HE caused, HE has the SOLE responsibility to solve it. but why shoudl I register complaint again and again
