I requested for shifting of my Airtel DTH connection from HSR Layout to Brookefields on 13th October. But even as of now, I have not got any response from the Airtel people. Whenever I raise a complaint, I get the message that the complaint is resolved, but no one has come to my place and shifted my connection. This is the worst service I have seen in my whole life and I am getting rude answers whenever I talk to the engineer in charge. Till now I have opened 4 complaints about this, but to no effect. I am planning to cancel my connection and get a TATA sky plan which I think is better customer care.
