I purchased a airtel DTH connection online on Nov 5 by payning Rs 1590 by credit cards. Airtel executive assured me i will get the installation within 24 hours, Toady it will cross 5 * 24 Hours, no installation took place. Today i got the message from Airtel, they will install on Nov 13.
I don't need to describe the service provided by airtel. Wrost. I think i took a wrong decision to purchased Airtel DTH. I want to take my money back.
