Since Feb 19th my Airtel DTH is not working properly. Initially for 3 days the channels were scattered and post that none of my channels are not coming. The signal strength is always zero. One Engineer from Airtel visited my place and checked the STB and informed me that the STB could be the problem and will bring in a new STB and replace it. I call the customer care (12150) almost everyday and till now no response has been taken to solve my issue.
