Airtel DTH
Couldnt able to watch Channels

Hi,

My customer ID : 3000195753

Registered Mobile : 8147869386

I have called Airtel DTH customer care last week and added 4 channels

1) Adithya TV - 517

2) Captain TV - 518

3) Vasanth TV - 519

4) Set Max

I am getting Adithya and Set Max whereas I couldnt see Captain and Vasanth. It is saying still I have to subscribe. But the cost has deducted for all the 4 chanels. Let me know why it is happening?

Please resolve this as soon as possible
