This was the time i called up customer care for upgrading DTH annual subscription, i was informed by customer care, that you recharge for 325 rupee and you get 350 rupee after 48 hours to your account, he even confirmed that you can do this multiple transaction and each transaction will have 25 bonus rupee reflected in your account. just that i have to recharge every time with 325 rupee. done!
i asked him to reconfirm on the same, fair, he placed me on HOLD for a minute and double confirm about above offer. it took 45 mins that evening for me to do 7 * 325 transaction to reach 2100 rupee. latter once all set, i called up customer care, now its shocking they rejected to provide me the offer which they said from there mouth, how shameful. airtel is rumbling bumbling there client they give shit about there valuable time.
nodal was one more pathetic experience, the person who came on support from nodal sounded more like DON and came over phone to say conclusion that we can't do anything PERIOD.
its sad that such brand value company are making profits by servicing bad to worst of support, i would be please to leave airtel and jump to other service provider who has meaning and give little importance to there customers. i would insist others to also avoid airtel, its no good dht company compared to tatasky or reliance dth.
also DON"T EXPECT NODAL TO HEAR YOUR VOICE, THEY ARE NO GOOD COMPARING AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE.
