Today Airtel dth technician came and told me that dish needs to be re aligned as satellite is getting changed. He did some alignment and went, after that i started facing issues with cable reception. After every 2-3 mins signal level goes down and i get error code B001. When i called Airtel DTH customer care thay are asking me to pay services charges if i want technician to come to my place.
Why i need to pay when airtel dont have qualified technicians. They are not doing their job properly and for that consumer needs to suffer.
