I have taken a Airtel DTH and have been crying with it since that day. every month it goes down for 7-10 days and everyday i need to call the customer care where they promise to fix it in 24 hrs, just that for airtel 24hrs is usually 24days. Pathetic.
Now my connection is down since last 12 days & have call up customer care 40 times and there is no sign of resolution. every day they close my ticket saying its resolved where as problem persists, again i need to call them & they reopen ticket.
Please have some mercy on your customers & stop saying lies that you are the best service provider. I think you can honorably congratulate yourself as the worst service provider in India.
