I am Lakshman, I just relocated to Salem and fetched a house for myself. I wanted a DTH Connection for entertainment and so surfed Airtel DTH's Online Portal. Since i was impressed i showed my interest by providing my mobile number 9894297175. I received a call immediately from an outsourced outbound marketing call centre Connect India. Mrs. Jothi and Mr. Kapil Taneja convinced me to make an online payment and since I trusted Airtel i had made the payment and also gave them the transaction number. Astonishingly the one hundred phone calls which came before making the payment did not come after making the payment. They had promised me a connection within 24 hours but its 5 days as of today but the delivery of goods and services has still not happened.
I tried contacting the customer care atleast a two hundred times and they never attend or give some other number and ask me to call that number which is also a bogus number.
Numbers used to call customer care were 9894297175 and 9171108952. I knew calls would be recorded for internal training purposes. Kindly trace the calls to all your toll free numbers and listen to it and do take necessary action to avoid customer dissatisfaction. The company which endorsed the impatient world concept is to abide by its values.

and nobody has given a clear solution as yet.
The executives who said ill call back in an hour never even bothered about it after that.
Complaints management E-mail ID is even worse that they reply to mails only once in two or three days.
The Payment i made was Rs.1540 and the transaction number is 3869487 and temporary customer ID is 3008709568.
Only i know how it is when neglected eventhough you have made a payment. My First Impression is i know how hard its going to be untill i use the DTH connection of yours.
Please answer
1) What happened to my payment
2) When will i get the connection
3) Why false commitment
4) Why the untrained call centre executives
5) Why dont connect india people attend phone calls or reply to e-mail
6) Why dont you guys reply to mails.
Vex...
I know its hard to give 15 Rs worth quality when you get 10 Rs. Please charge call centre calls. Please make call charges for Airtel Customers at 1 Rs per minute get how much ever money you require but please provide good customer after sales service.
