I am an existing customer of Airtel DTH. Everytiime there is a service requirement, the response has always been slow. They need multiple reminders to complete their services. During the period I wait for them to respond, my daily balance gets consumed for which I avail no service.
Now I have made an application for a multiconnection. They have taken my money also and it has been more than a week, there is no response. Every time I call the customer care they promise the sky but no one responds after that. Also the calls keep getting abruptly cut due to their horrible call center technology. I am sure Airtel management is turning a blind eye to this.
I suggest consumers stay away from Airtel DTH. TATA SKY is way too good compared this, as I use it in my parent's house.
