I am facing issues with the set top box provided since last 3 months. Device takes lot of time to boot-up. Whenever I call customer care, instead of getting to the solution they provide alternative ways, and as the device is taking time, they don't even bother to come down to provide a service for the same.
Last week the device got completely switched off and now the customer care is not even bothered to provide a solution, but they are asking back that whether you will be paying us for replacement or not, instead of sending an engineer first.
None of their engineer arrived since four days of complaint being lodged and when I tried contacting the number they provided, people there responded as if they are paying us for using their services.
None of the nodal officer is responding on mail, or on phone. Customer care is like "shit" and Airtel is like "shit bag" with every department full unqualified people.
