We have book online 1 Nos. Airtel DTH thru Credit Card on 22nd Sat. 2010
and we have got from call Mr. Brajesh Singh, akhilesh Mo. 9910767157 and he has commited me that it will be get installed by today only menas saturday only but its thursday evening yet i doesnt getting any reply hence the person Mr. Brajesh is not picking up my phone also and many times he doesn't receive my call also the cusotmer care of airtel DTH doesn't repiles to it and no details have been given to me just they are committting me that it will be done. I am very much harrased by the company and companies employee also and the mail conversation done by to them is given below.

I here by Mr. Sammer Mehta like to inform you that i have placed a order of DHT on 22nd May at 11:50 AM online and done the payment by credit card and as per the mail below the concerned person has send me the mail and given the conformation about and given me the commitment to be done the whole procedure and installtion on the same day means on saturday but its monday and 8:00PM but yet nothing has been and form morining till now i am calling the person named Mr. BRAJESH SINGH (M) 9910767157 now the problem i am facing is very much the person named above has talked to me and told me that i will done by today only any how but nothing has been done yet and afterwards he was not picking up my phone also and now the person's cell is also switched off.
I am really mentaly tressed by the person please do needfull for it and reply me any how now only otherwise i go for legal acitons with consumer court treat it as urgent.
