After several complaints and calls to customer care service of Airtel DHT some how after 2 weeks I got the installation done with no signal. Same calling story repeated to get the signal. After few days the same problem no signal. Now since last 3 weeks I do not have signal at my home. I have tried calling customer care several times. Same false promise but no improvement in customer care service. They are well trained to make fools of customer. The problem still lies unattended but billing continues because i have already paid in advance for the subscription.
I am fed up calling Airtel customer care. Requests any suggestion for refund and return of this product.
