I have purchased your Airtel DTH on 30th of Aug from one of your dealer in Bareilly (U.P.) i.e.M/S ERA RADIOS, D.D. Puram Bareilly (U.P) 243122.

i am getting problem on using Airtel DTH i.e. on 30th of Aug the dealer told me that your services will be actived tomorrow as he has done my recharge and also i have recived a sms from Airtel regarding that recharge,
But since then i am not able see a single channel as it says that you are having a negative balance i have complained to the customer care for the same as in they are saying that your issue will be resolved in 48 hrs but still after so many times contacting your dealer, customer care and even i have given a call to your Area Manager Mr. VIVEK CHAUHAN he is also unable to resolve the issue.
Mr. Vivek is such careless fellow that he is on getting my call is telling me about someone else problem that your hardware is getting some error and it would be done in 4 hrs for sure on enquiring further more he wakes up and saying that i am sorry it was not your complaint.
Sir... as we all know that AIRTEL BHARTI is such a big name and brand in todays comptitive scenerio but can you answer my simple quetion that i this brand name is going to sustain anymore after such thing you people are doing with us.
The type of customer care and managemnet you are provide is ridicilous and i am now telling everyone to not to use AIRTEL anymore... what i feel is its a pain that i have taken on my own by purchasing this stupid DTH box.
If you people feel anymore that you can resolve it then do it or else i know that AIRTEL DTH is waste to use.
