Paid for Airtel DTH connection but installation pending. Request for refund

I have booked for a Airtel DTH connection on 04-Oct via customer care number 080-4444-8080. I have made a payment through customer care via IVR using my card for Rs 3590/-. The payment has been made on the same day and the transaction ID is 11136881. TIll now I have not received my customer ID or any other communication related to the installation. During the time of booking I was told that the installation will be made with in 48 hours.

I called customer care to request for assistance 8 times and got the following responses.

1. The Agent will call you with in one hour (3 times).

2. Installation will be done today.

3. Our supervisor team will call in with in an hour.

4. Try contacting the dealer directly nearest to your location. (which I dont have the information, after etting the contact numbers of the nearest dealers, the numbers are not in use / switched off)

5. When I asked for refund, the call hung up.

All I was expecting is the tentative date of installation so as to plan my activities. With the services and responses I have got, I do not want to be a part of Airtel DTH.

I am putting this compliant in this forum to request for refund for my Airtel DTH connection.
