Hi Team,
I am extremely disatisfied with your services. I have a DTH and using your services since last 2 years.
My customer ID is - 3000290967, I recently shifted from Gurgaon to Ghaziabad. I logged the case with customer care, the engineer attended my complaint and deinstalled the dish. I moved to new place that is to Ghaziabad, I called the customer care again for the installation at new location they logged my case but since last three days no one is attending my complaint I called more than 2o times at CCare but they are just telling me that someone will attend very soon. It is really pathetic and unacceptable.
I am paying three hundred rupees for this shifting and they are not helping me, since last five days I am following them and no one is responding.
This is really frustrating I never expect such service from AIRTEL.
I will suggest that never ever go for AIRTEL Services as the Customer care services are extremely dissatisfactory.
If you guys can help me in any way. I will be very thankful or provide me the point of escalation.
