Non receipth of DVR set top box

I have put a query on the airtel digital TV website for DVR.

I received a call from Hari (mumbai) in this regard on 7-Nov. I made a payment of 5490 through credit card using IVR system for second connection on my user ID 3000950991. I was promised that the new set top box will be delivered in 24 to 48 hrs.

I contacted customer care at 12150 several times to get the set top box or refund the money. My service requests 4406478 and 4413436 were closed without resolving the issue. I was told that the payment is not received by the airtel my order number is incorrect despite I have given the transaction details & bank authorisation ID.
