Refund of Payment for DTH

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had ordered Airtel HD DTH on 22nd Nov.by making a payment of Rs.2, 955/- through IVR using my ICICI Credit card., Transaction ID: 11977623.

Later I requested for cancellation due to my financial reasons, and requesting refund for the same.

So far 4 - 5 times I spoke to customer service people, but not proper update given to me.

The customer service is asking for all the details everytime I call them, and almost all the times they are disconnecting the call after holding long time.

One person raised a complaint for refund and gave me the complaint id as 105881675.

But later when I checked, it was not complaint id, but order id.

I would like to have the money refunded, please help me.
